Recently subscribed to the mp3dowload site. Icons,and installation all
appear OK but when I click to activate the product...nothing happens. What
am I doing wrong. Can't get through to the support on the site...

Which software are you talking about ?

A stupid question perhaps, but have checked your Internet link ? Does it
work ?
