The only way you can get "cda" (which is an acronym, not a file type) is
to burn your MP3s to an audio CD. When you do so, they are decoded to
wave, the waves are written and Explorer will show you the resultant
audio files as "cda".
Lots of programs will go MP3 <> WMA including Winamp, dbPower
