mp3 to audio ?

Hi all,
can somebody tell me if it's possible for me to
convert mp3 files to audio files, and if so, is there a
free download on the web.The reason is that i want to put
them in my portable md player and it only plays audio
files.

You'll need to be more specific; MP3 files are audio files.
