Hello
How can I attach an mp3 song to my presentation so that I can send the song
with the presentation to a group of employees? thanks

You can convert the file by adding a RIFF-WAV header to your MP3 file. That
way you can embedd your music and keep the file size down...It's easy using
CDex.

You can also create a new folder, place the PPT and MP3 into that folder.
Relink the music if needed. In Windows Explorer, right click on the folder
you just created. Send to a Compressed (ZIP) folder. Now you can attached the
ZIP folder to an email or easily tranfer the folder to others. The size of
the file will determine whether the files are easily emailable.
