mp3 player (magic star removeable storage device) problems

I have a Magic Star Mp3 player that doesn't want to play
the mp3's after I remove it safely from the usb port. The
songs are there, according to my computer, however after
I unplug it, a message comes up on the player,
stating "FAT 65 FOR PEN DRIVERS ONLY". I have tried
everything, even the product's site. I am just wandering
if the mp3 player is compatible with xp pro? I have had
it working fine on xp home edition, however my operating
system is xp pro. If someone has any info on this
problem, please email me. Thank you for yuor time.
 
This probably explains why it was named "magic" -
nobody knows how it works and why (-_-)
