mp3 importing error

I haven't been able to import mp3 files ever since I've been workin' i
WMM2. Giving me error mess. saying " nameofthesong.mp3 is not vali
because it does not contain any information." I've tried everything
know but no luck so far. I have several movie programs that are having no problem importing mp3. This error only happens in WMM2. Can anyone help? Thanks
 
MP3 files are best not used in video editing software, it would be better to
use wav.

problem importing mp3. This error only happens in WMM2. Can anyone help?

So what you're saying is that the reason for the error is b/c it's mp3 file I'm trying to import? I thought about that too, and tried importing wav/midi/younameit types of file but nothing. I have no choice at this point but to uninstall and reinstall WMM2. Thanks for your reply tho.
