mp3 file to use as windows start up sound

does anyone know of a way to use an mp3 file for your
windows start up sound. I am currently using XP Home
edition. I remember when using Windows 95, i had a patch
to be able use them for a start up, but with XP it seems
to only recognize start up sounds in the wav format.
If anyone can help, Thanks !!!

Just convert the MP3 to WAV format - you can convert it to a lowish quality
WAV to make the file smaller.
