mp3 file properties

Today I find out that I can't change anything under the
Summary tab of all my mp3 files!! I get the error
message 'File is in use by another application', but I
can't see any apps open that use mp3's; I am certainly
not playing anything. I have downloaded some p2p software
and then wisely uninstalled it, could this have had an
effect.

Any ideas?

Use a free MP3 tagger such as MP3Tag. http://mp3tag.de/
