MP3 Editor that can access a local CDDB

Anyone know of an MP3 Tag editor that can use a local copy of CDDB??

I keep a local copy cos I'm on dialup and I don't really want to go online
everytime just to edit 1 or 2 tags (I'm using MP3Tag (good tool!!) but it
can only access CDDB online)

MP3Tag *can* use a local Freedb server. Configure it under Tools,
Options.

Off-hand, I can't think of an MP3 tag editor that cannot use a local
Freedb server.

already done, however when I attempt to query my local CDDB for an existing
MP3, I get a dialog asking how to determine the FreeDB ID (from the
inserted CD, or enter manually - there are other options, but it appears
that you need to be online to use them, which kind of defeats the purpose).

Unfortunately, as there is no CD involved, and I have no way of knowing the
ID for a given track,thats as far as it goes....
