MP3 Date Modified Help

Hello,

I have my collection of MP3s, and I use the date modified feature, so I can
listen to the last song I downloaded, and its at the top of the page,
instead of being alphabetical, anyways my question is...sometimes I will go
to play the last song, and somehow there are some of my old songs at the
top, with a different date stamped, and sometimes it will also change the
title or artist..for example I have an artist sam roberts song titled "Sam
Roberts - Hard Road"--------July 22 2004. then today I got to the top of my
page for another song, and I see "01 Hard Road", and it did it to 6 other
songs. This has happened before, but sometimes leaves the song alone, but
just changed the date modified date.

Any clue what is doing this....I use winamp top play all audio media. Any
help will be greatly appreciated.

Does WinAMP have any settings that allows it to pull down data from the
internet to update tags or filenames for your MP3 files? Windows Media
Player has a some options like this under Tools >Options >Library.
