MP3 clips

I am trying to add a background sound to a web page and
it tells me to change it and thne gives a warning sign
It does not let me add it to my web page but i can play
it and it says it is a MP3 file.

You need to change the options of OE so that you send a HTML mail and not a
text file. You can then embed sound into your mail. DO this through Tools >
Options > Send > tick HTLM > Apply/OK and then off you go.
