MP 10 install problem

A diaolog box states that there is a problem, i.e. that MP is already
running. But it's not.
 
I have downloaded mp10 and tried to download and buy some music but it keeps
coming up with problem attempting to individualize your computer. What does
this mean and how can I individulize it.
