Hello people.

I am testing "unstable" builds of Mozilla Firefox. Every 7 days or so I update,
to the latest unstable.

I have been doing clean installs (uninstall then reinstall). The problem is that
I then lose all my extensions

Q: Can I just install the new version over the older version?

Yes...

You must reuse your profile. BTW if you need to ask such questions, I
don't think you are suitable for using non milestone builds.

Wrong answer. It might work, but the recommended procedure is to delete
the whole application folder.

I didn't remember this fact. In fact I am just testing the unstable builds to
see if there are any gains over the milestone builds.

I can do this, and since I don't install that much plugins/extensions, it's not
a problem to reinstall them all.

Thanks.
