whenever i try to downlaodany file from a website opened in mozilla
firefox i get the following error
download has been blocked by your security zone policy

please help what should i do

Elementary... consider posting to a group full of Mozilla Firefox
users.

Check your
1) windows (and other) firewall security settings
2) windows internet properties, security settings
3) if Firefox block popups

This is going to sound counter-intuitive, but I'd be surprised if it doesn't
work. Open Internet Explorer and restore all settings in that to default.

i tried both the option given by you but still of no use. one thing if
i paste the same link in my IE(6.0, cant use latest version) then i
can dowload the file... but still i would love using the mozilla
downloader!
