Moving values between two forms

Hi! I am building my application with MS Access 2007 with VBA. I want to move
my values from one form to other with the help of command buttons. When a
value in one form is added, it is removed from the other form at the same
time. Similarly the added value can be again removed from the second form,
likewise with the help of other command button. I'd appreciate guidance in
this respect.

Since data is not stored in Forms, but rather in Tables, your request as
stated isn't really possible.

What are the recordsources of the two forms - i.e. where is the data actually
stored?
