Moving User

Is there any easy way to move a user on a peer-to-peer network. I currently have a user on one workstation & wish to move them onto the other workstation. Do I have to create a new user & start again, I realise that I can copy certain things across such as files in My Documents, Favorities, etc. I also have the email account to move across.

Create a new user on the remote machine, then copy the contents of the
user profile folder in DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS on the local machine to
the new profile folder on the remote machine. The machines should have
a somewhat identical Windows configuration to avoid problem
