moving user folder to another drive

Is there a way to relocate the users folder to another drive. I want it to
map to a drive other then C: XP could do this rather easily.

I can't find a way to move the whole User folder. But most of the sub-
folders (eg Documents, Favorites, Desktop, Download, Pictures, Video,
Music, etc) can individually be relocated. Just go to Properties of
each and choose the Location tab.
 
thx for your help. this appears to be a step back from XP. it is a pain to
have to go in a move each one individually.
