Moving user account from w2kDomain to another w2kDomain from diferent forests

Can you use the moveuser.exe to move user accounts
from w2k domain to another w2k domain from diferent
forests? If "YES", how?
I am working in a domain rename project....
What is the best way to remane a domain that is in
native mode? Upgrading to Windows 2003 is not a
option!!!

I will recommend you to use ADMT (Active Directory Migration Tool) for an
example ADMT 2.0 now allows migrating passwords from Microsoft Windows NT®
4.0 to Windows 2000 and Windows Server 2003 or from Windows 2000 to Windows
Server 2003
