If you are upgrading to Outlook 2003 from a previous version of Outlook
then yes you can use the old .pst files in the new Outlook without having
to do anything. Outlook 2003 does come with a new .pst file type (Unicode)
but it will also work with the old .pst files (ANSI). Previous versions of
Outlook cannot use the new Unicode .pst files though.
