Moving to next message in Outlook 2007

I just started using OUtlook 2007 for VIsta. Normally when I am viewing
messages in a folder and I read/delete the current message I can move to the
next message versus going to select and open the next message. I have looked
everywhere in options and settings and cannot find where to change this.
Help..

I have a similar question, but with Outlook 2010, and for the life of me I can't find how to do this. I just want to be able to go to the next message while in the CURRENT message. With online mail programs (like Yahoo) there's an up and down arrow to do this.

The instructions above are for 2007. I tried the Options on the File tab, then mail (which seems to be the closest to Email that exists there), but I couldn't find anything beyond that that even remotely applies.
