Moving to another domain

We have several engineers in the field with a laptop. Our company has several
offices, all with theire own domain. We are now bringing the offices together
under one domainname.
Now we have to transfer the laptops from the old domain to the new one (no
problem if you have a lan connection), but i don't have a lan connection when
i'm attending the engineers meeting somewhere in the country.

Does somebody knows how to migrate the laptops and of course the users to
another domainname without having a lan connection?

You may try to use VPN to join the domain.

So, i guess that it is not possible to transfer to another domain without any
connection to the disired domain whatsoever.

Thanks anyway for your reply.

No, it's not possible. Your PC must be able to connect to the domain to
join it.
