moving terminal server to new server

any good articles or bits of advice on making a move ? i need to relocate
the terminal server on the old dell server to another due to hardware that
is about to die. how will this move affect liscensing ? the licensing
server is on another machine.
 
This should not have any impact on licensing, as long as the new
server can locate the licensing server.
