Moving/restoring outlook Personal folders

I have a new computer and am importing my Outlook files
to my new laptop. All worked well, except, for one weird
thing. The mail messages stop at January 7th and begin
again in March. I had quite a few messages from January
7 through the month of February, and some that were
important. Everything else imported and restored to the
new computer just fine.

I thought something must have happened when I copied the
files, (exported), si I went back to the old computer
again. first, I checked that these monthe and messages
were really there, and they were. Then I repated the
export process and tried again. Same thing happens.
It's like the time between those dates will dnot copy or
something.

Any ideas will be appreciated!

Eschew export/import. Just COPY the PST from the original machine to the
new one (using the same method you used to copy the exported PST), make sure
the copied PST isn't Read-Only, and use File>Open to open the PST in the new
instance of Outlook.
