Or do you just mean the standard PST file? That one can be moved. The
easiest way is to close Outlook fully, then move the file via Windows
Explorer. When you open Outlook again, it will ask you where to find the
file. Select it and you should be good to go.

Maybe I'm remembering incorrectly but I could have sworn back in my
Outlook
2002 days, that I could change the default location of the PST files.
While
I know I can make a copy of my current pst file and keep it on one of my
external drives for safety, it's certainly a pain in the neck to have to
recopy it literally every day. Is there any way I can change the default
location for the outlook.pst?

PS Oops, forgot to mention I'm now using Outlook 2007
