Moving Profiles

Anyone(especially you MVP's out there) know the correct way to move user
profiles from one Terminal Server to another. I'm moving TS onto a new
dedicated server and want to move all my users to the new server without
re-creating 25 user profiles. This is a W2k domain with all W2k servers.

Assign each user account a roaming Terminal Server profile located on a
network share, i.e. \\server\tsprofile\%UserName%. Log each user on/off at
least once to coipy their profile to their roaming location.

Bring the new server online.

When users logon their roaming profile will be downloaded to the new server.

Never store the only copy of the user's profile on the Terminal Server, as
it's a PITA to replace the server or to add a second server.

Redirect the My Documents folder out of the user profile and to a separate
network share, i.e. users home folder, so the romaing profile is a manageable
size.
