With regard to question 2, by default, OE displays any image attachments
(JPG, GIF, BMP) at the bottom of the message text. This is a display only
(not a duplicate attachment) and only affects what you see on your PC, not
what the recipient sees. Whether the recipients also automatically see the
image depends on their mail program and its settings; Outlook behaves
differently from Outlook Express in this very respect. To change whether or
not you automatically see the images on your PC, see the following article:

=====================================
Left Click / Drag the image and Drop it on
the new folder.

Or...

Right Click the image and choose...Copy...

Right Click the folder you wish to add it to
and choose...Paste...

Once you have the copy in the new folder,
you can...Right Click / Delete the original...

Open a New Message window in Outlook Express
and go to...Format / Rich Text (HTML)

Now...on your tool bar Left Click the "Insert Picture"
button. Browse to the picture and Left Click..OK.

Be aware the some recipients may not be able to
receive (decode) Rich Text messages.
