Just installed Outlook 2003.

My older OE6 Personal Folders all seem to have a net
extension of .dbx and no longer .pst? I can still access
these folders but need to switch back to OE for that
purpose. I am sure others have had this problem and could
use some help with how to move these important folders
over to Outlook 2003. Tips/suggestions most appreciated.
Thank you.

OE has never used PST files. You need to go to an OE group and find out how
to import your old data into your new OE installation. Once you do, you can
then import into Outlook.
This is a group to support Outlook from the Office group of programs.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and is a quite different
program despite its similar name..

You will probably get a faster and more expert answer if you post this to an
outlook express news group.

Try posting in one of these newsgroups:
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie5.outlookexpress for OE 5.x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie55.outlookexpress for OE 5.5x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress for OE 6.x

A good website for information on OE is:
