Is there anyway to move all the files outlook would need from oen computer to another with one step?

I have Outlook 2k3 and am moving to a new computer. I know I have the PST files with the data, I
can export the rules, etc. But is there anyway to have Outlook just export everything to make it
nice and easy?

--Old Emails (PST files)
--Rules
--Mail Settings (POP/SMTP info for multiple accounts)
--anything else.

I have not found a way to do it in one step. My usual procedure is:
1) Verify the e-mail account password
2) Write down, or do a screen capture, of the POP / SMTP settings
3) Copy the PST to another medium (network / floppy / zip disk)
4) Export rules file (*.rwz) to the same place the PST is copied to
5) Install new Outlook
6) Create user profile with old POP / SMTP information
(this is where you will need the password info)
7) Import rules
8) Import PST and verify accuracy

Of course you can backup and restore in a different order if you wish to. In
real time, this does not take too long and it is not as complex as it
sounds. I've taken to using zip disks as some people's PST files can be
LARGE. If you would like to substitute a CD for the zip, that's fine, I just
hate to waste a disk. If you have a RW drive all is well, but if it's not
re-writable, it seems like a waste to me.
