Moving Outlook from XP machine to new Vista

I am getting ready to move my wife's and my Outlook from our old XP machine
to our new Vista Machine. If you have done this do I need to:

1) Load the Outlook program to the new Vista machine.
2) What data files do I need to backup on the old machine? To bring over
each address book, each calendar, and all sent and recieved emails?
3) Then how do I restore backed up files to new Vista machine.

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
