moving outlook folders

help.. I need to moke outlook inbox,sent and deleted
items folders from one computer to another.
 
Locate your pst-file and copy it to your new computer. After the copy make
sure the file isn't marked as "read only"

Make sure you include hidden and system files and folders when searching for
the pst-items.
