Sorry if this question has been posted and answered here. I for one
souldn;t find an answer to the following question.
I am backing up all my files (drag and drop) from my "C" Drive in my
laptop, to an external HD which we will call "D" here.
I want to back up all the Outlook files accumulated over the last 3
years.... all the attachments which have been emailed back and forth
and the full contact list as well.
1. How and where do I fins ALL these Outlook files in order to move
them to "D" ?
2. Where should I place them on "D" so that an OULOOK program in a
different laptop will be able to acess these exactly in the same way
as I could on "C" ?
3. How will I make sure that all the email folders are organized on
"D" in teh same way they were on "C" when I open them from the new
laptop ?
