Moving Outlook files to a new computer

I am trying to copy my outlook in and out boxes from an
old computer to a new one. How do I do this?

Locate the *.pst file on your old computer and copy it to your new one (make
sure in file properties "Read Only" isn't selected after copying). Now
import or connect the *.pst file.

Note: All folders from Outlook (Inbox, Outbox, Sent Items, Calendar,
Contacts, etc) are located in the same *.pst file.
 
Well another question. Which one is better or what is the diffrence between moving files or importing files?
