Moving Outlook files from one machine to another

I want to shift my main PC from my desktop to my laptop. Where is the
Outlook 2007 file located that contains the email messages and contacts? I
don't see them in the location where Outlook 2003 stored its files.
Directing me to a URL via a link will be fine.
