Moving Outlook Express from another computer

Hello, I am trying to move my outlook express from one computer to another
into windows mail. I don't have a clue could someone assist me please?

Good day all, I am trying to move my Outlook Express mail from my old
computer to my new computer using Windows Mail...I don't want to loose any
email or contacts. Could someone assist me please?

Use Windows easy transfer in vista(located in start,all
programs,Accessories,system tools. It will make a file to burn to disk then
run this disk on the xp system. and burn another disk of the files and then
run it on the vista system. Or if the 2 computers are networked together
just follow the directions (this is the easiest method.
