Moving os to another hard drive?

I have just upgraded from a 30gb hd to a 120gb hd, can i
swap the info from my 30 to my 120 without losing it all?

The maker of your new hard drive very likely offers a free utility to allow
you to do just that. Take a look at their website.
 
Is there a demo version for Norton Ghost 2003? I think you have to
purchase it first, before you can use it.

InstantRecovery from NovaStor is another option. It functions off of a
bootable CD. You can span an image of your hard disk across multiple CD-R
or CD-RW's if you have a CD burner, separate from the CD drive you use to
load the program.
