is there an easy way to back up my Outlook? i can archive (which takes forever) - but i would like to make a backup copy of my entire Outlook to keep and to allow me to move my info onto my new computer.
Locate the pst-file by rightclciking on Outlook Today-> Properties-> button
Advanced-> field Filename
Copy that file to your new computer
On your new computer open Outlook and use File-> Open-> Outlook Data File to
open the file
