Moving Multiple Domains to Single Domain

I have a customer that has a Win2k3 Active Directory Domain with
Exchange 2k3. They are acquiring smaller companies that already have
either have
1. Win2k AD and Exchange 2k or Exchange 5.5 or
2. WinNT Domain with Exchange 5.5.

They have already purchased 5 of these companies and I have to take
each companies domain and Add the Users to the Win2k3 domain. Move
companies mail to Exchange 2k3 mail server. Then change the Domain
controllers and Member servers of purchased Companies to be in this
Win2k3 domain (So there will no longer be this smaller companies domain
anymore.)

Problems:
1. Get users to Win2k3 domain (ADMT or ADC?)
2. Get Email to Exchange 2k3 server.
3. When on this new Exchange 2k3 server can it have multiple DNS names.
([email protected] and (e-mail address removed))
4. Is there a way to get the ACL on the purchased company servers to be
users from the Win2k3 Domain.
5. Do I want to merge the domains Move the users to an OU of the Win2k3
domain and then kill the purchased companies domain?

OK, I will answer to this two uestions together.My sugesstion for You is:
1'st migrate Exchagne 5.5 to 2003 in this small domains. You will have to
use ADC to migrate data from Exchagne 5.5 store to AD.
Then Merge these domains with ADMT to main domain, and migrat mailboxes to
main exchange with Exchange mailbox migration wizard

yes, You can host multiple mail domains in single exchange organistaion - it
needs some configuration in Recipient Policy and SMTP servers.
