moving MSMoney 2000 files to MSMoney 2003 -

How does one move Money files from 2000 (on old computer, networked) to MSMoney 2003 (new computer)?
 
I would assume it is the same as previous versions, when you try to open the
2000 file with 2003 it will prompt to convert the file and create a new one
in the 2003 format.
