Moving message and attachments to 'My Computer'

I am trying to find a way of displaying the file structure within My Computer
which will enable me to drag and drop files and attachments from Outlook to
their relevant folder on My Computer (E.g. My Documents) without having to go
through the 'save as' process, or having both Outlook and My Computer windows
open.

Grateful for any advice.

If you're using Outlook 2003 or 2007, it can't be done. The ability was
removed when the Outlook Bar became the Navigation Pane.
