Moving information to exchange server

I just integrated with my employer's exchange server and
I'd like to move information from my local outlook data
file to the server. Is there any easy way to do this?
 
One way is via the Outlook File menu and using import/export > import from
personal folder file and browse to the pst. Another way is by dragging
dropping from one folder structure to the other.
