I need to take an entire row (of nearly 600 lines) from excell and put it into word. BUT I need for each single line to go onto a specific place on the word document. And only one line per page... I know this probably doesn't make sense. I need for line one from excell to go to 6.7" Ln 32 Col 2 on page one in Word. I then need line number two to go onto the same 6.7" Ln 32 Col 2 on page two in Word... ETC. Is there a way to do this?? PLEASE HELP, job on the line :(

Hi Heather,

Are all of the six hundred lines of text all in one cell? If so, you are
going to need a macro to handle this.

If you have one line of text per row, then it can probably be done with a
letter type mailmerge by setting up the mailmerge main document with the
mergefield in the location where you want the text to appear.

Are you sure that you are not getting Rows and Columns mixed up. Columns
in Excel are usually designated by alphabetical characters such as A, Rows
are numbered
