Moving Inbox from Outlook 2000 into new machine and Outlook 2007

Need suggestion on how to safely move the inbox (on win.2000pro OS ) to
Outlook 2007 using XPPro.

Assuming OL2007 is configured & functioning on the new PC;
With Outlook closed on old PC, search for, to include hidden for, *.pst,
copy all found to memory stick.
Copy from stick to Documents folder on new PC
Within Outlook, File>Open>Data File.........browse to and open the pst file
(probably outlook.pst)
