Moving Icons

go to a command prompt

move c:\documents an settings\userid\desktop\*.* c:\documents and
settings\userid\desktop
 
I think he was talking about the physical location that they appear on the
desktop. I can't figure out any way to do it. Alt+Space-M doesn't do it.
Ctrl and/or Shift and/or Alt + arrow doesn't do it. Nothing else I can
think to try does it either.

Turn on MouseKeys
L-Alt + L-Shift + NumLock

use the numpad arrows to move
numpad 0 to select
numpad . to deselect
