I would like to move my Halo 2 profile from my old computer to my new
computer. How do I do that?

You probably need to copy the data from c:\Users\%Username%\AppData
\Local\Microsoft\Halo 2 to your new PC in the same location (but only
after you have installed the game, otherwise some parts will get
overwritten).

By the way, he was partially correct, you need to copy the files from that location as well as from: C:\users\%username%\saved games\Halo 2.
