Moving FrontPage Server Between Domains

Hi,

I am looking after a NT to AD migration project and have one server
with Front Page Server Extensions installed on it. From the surface
it looks like an easy migration, references to the machine are via the
server's hostname or IP address. I wondered if anyone has migrated
this type of machine between domains and if you experienced any
problems? Server is running Windows 2003 Std with Server Extentions
2002. Any help would be appreciated, Hutton.

You will be better off creating each individual web site on the new server, then publishing each
from the old machine to the new machine. You will have to recreate any/all user accounts and any
special permissions, as Windows 2003 Server handles permissions completely different from Windows NT
and Windows 2000 server.
