Moving from Outlook 2000 to 2007

I am currently running Outlook 2000 on Windows XP. I want to upgrade to
Outlook 2007.

I want to move my emails, contacts, calendar from 2000 to 2007.

What is the best way to do this?

You don't need to do anything. Outlook 2007 will automatically use the
existing pst file and email accounts.....
 
What if I want to install Outloo 2007 on a different PC, can I import my .pst
file from the old PC (2000) to the new one (2007)?
 
You copy the OL2k pst(s), with outlook closed, locate them on the other PC
hd eg Documents Folder, then open them in OL2007
