Moving folders in XP

I been trying to figure this out since installing XPhome but have had no
success. Back in Win98 if I wanted to move a program folder into another
folder all I needed to do was right click the "start button" and then drag
the folder to it's new folder. How do I do that in XP?

I think I understand what you are asking. With Classic/Right click Start/Properties/Start Menu
tab/Customize button/CHECK: Enable dragging and dropping/OK/Apply/OK. You figure it out if you are
using XP Start Menu.
