Moving Favorites from old to new computer

I just bought a new computer (pc) and would like to move
my favorites folder and all the links I have organized
and saved into my new computer. Does anybody know how to
do this? Thanks!
 
IE-File-Export and create a single html file to use on the new
computer with IE-File-Import.
