Moving existing e'mail to new program

Can I save and move my existing downloaded e'mail if I
have to re-build my computer and download another version
of Outlook Express? HELP, PLEASE...

Create .pst files of your e-mails and save them to a safe
location. ex: burn them to cd etc...
