moving email files

I just bought a new computer and can't figure out how to
transfer email folders from the old computer to the new
computer.

Help - what is the easiest way to transfer these emails.

Use the Import/Export feature. It can be found under the File menu in
Outlook.
Some notes:
* Clean out your deleted folder and any other stuff that you don't want to
move...this will reduce the .pst file size.
* When you Export To A File, pick Personal Folders (.pst) as your filetype.
* Choose the top level Personal Folders and make sure the subfolders option
is clicked.
* Save the backup to your MyDocuments or Desktop or where ever you will
remember to find it.
* Burn the file to CD
* On the new machine you want to run the Import/Export feature again, this
time Importing from a file (the new file on your burned CD).
